Do we need to be at the same level?+
Not at all — I'll adapt the session so you both feel supported and challenged in the right way.
Where do tandem sessions take place?+
You can instantly book at Park Estrela, Park Graça, Park Nações or Park Eduardo VII. Custom locations are arranged on WhatsApp.
Do we need to bring mats?+
You can rent yoga mats for €5 each — choose how many you need when you book. You're also welcome to bring your own.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?+
Online payments (deposit or full prepayment) are non-refundable. If you give at least 48 hours’ notice before the session, you can reschedule to another available date at no extra charge. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up, the payment is forfeited. Message us on WhatsApp to rearrange.
