Terms of booking
How deposits, balances and rescheduling work when you book with Ivanna Yoga Lisbon.
Who these cover
These terms apply to yoga experiences and sessions booked through Ivanna Yoga Lisbon (Ivanna) in Lisbon, Portugal. Questions: ivannapylypchuk@gmail.com or WhatsApp.
Online payment
Sunrise Yoga is paid in full at Stripe Checkout (early sessions are hard to confirm on the day).
Scheduled events (studio classes, Cascais wooden house, Sintra forest, and similar dated sessions) are paid in full online and are non-refundable.
Sunset Yoga and private / tandem park sessions take a deposit of about 30% of the total online; the balance is due later — typically on arrival or as agreed on WhatsApp.
Once payment succeeds, the amount paid online is non-refundable. Completing Stripe checkout means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates can be bought for Sunrise Yoga, Sunset Yoga by the Ocean, and private or tandem park sessions, for one or two people. The buyer pays the full price online. A certificate is valid for 12 months from payment, is not refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or a different experience. Yoga mats are not included.
The recipient chooses an available date. Opening the link does not use the certificate. It is used when that booking is confirmed, and cancelling the booking does not restore it. After that, the booking follows the rescheduling rules for that session.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Scheduled events (studio, Cascais, Sintra, and other dated group sessions listed as events) cannot be rescheduled. Payment is non-refundable. If you cannot attend, the place is forfeited.
For Sunrise, Sunset, and private / tandem bookings, you may reschedule to another available date at no extra charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start (Europe/Lisbon time). Contact us on WhatsApp or email; we will confirm a new date subject to availability.
If you cancel, reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend, the online payment is forfeited. We do not offer cash or card refunds of that payment in those cases.
If we must cancel or move a session (weather, illness, or similar), we will offer a new date or, if that is not possible, a refund of the amount paid online.
Remaining balance
Where only a deposit was paid online, the balance is due later — typically on arrival or as agreed when you book. Payment methods for the balance are confirmed on WhatsApp.
Private & tandem
Private and tandem park sessions use the same 30% deposit and reschedule rules as Sunset above. Sessions are outdoors at the park you choose. If weather makes the spot unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule or refund the deposit. Custom locations (home or elsewhere) are arranged on WhatsApp and are not available for instant booking.
Corporate bookings
Corporate sessions are arranged without an online checkout. Timing, fees and changes are agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email) for that booking.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new bookings made after it is published.
