How Ivanna Yoga Lisbon uses booking data, payments and analytics on this site, and how you can change your choice.
Who we are
This website is run by Ivanna (Ivanna Yoga Lisbon) in Lisbon, Portugal. For questions about privacy, write to ivannapylypchuk@gmail.com.
Bookings & payments
When you reserve a date and pay a deposit online, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects card details and related checkout information under their own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment (for example name, email, amount and booking identifiers) so we can hold your slot and contact you.
We store booking records needed to run the session (date, party size, payment status and contact details shared at checkout or on WhatsApp). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Messages you send on WhatsApp, email or Instagram are handled by those apps under their own policies. Deposit, refund and reschedule rules are described in our Terms of booking.
Privacy-friendly analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It loads whether or not you accept cookies below.
Analytics cookies
If you accept cookies, we also load optional tools. They are not loaded until you choose Accept. Declining leaves the site fully usable.
- Google Ads (Google Ireland) measures visits and completed bookings from search ads. The tag is present on every page with advertising cookies off until you choose Accept (Consent Mode).
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland) helps us understand how people find the site from ads and social posts, and which pages they visit.
- Microsoft Clarity helps us see how the site is used through heatmaps and anonymised session recordings (mouse movement, clicks and scrolling). Recordings can include pages you visit on this site; they are used only to improve the experience.

We store your Accept or Decline choice in the browser (localStorage). You can change it anytime from the footer or here:
How long this applies
Your stored cookie choice stays until you change it or clear site data in your browser. Analytics providers keep data according to their own retention rules. Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed to fulfil the booking, handle follow-ups and meet legal or accounting requirements.
