Where exactly do we meet?+
We meet at Praia das Avencas (Parede). The exact spot on the beach is shared on WhatsApp after booking.
What should I bring?+
Water and something warm for the relaxation at the end. You can rent a yoga mat for €5 when you book, or bring your own towel or mat.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?+
Online payments (deposit or full prepayment) are non-refundable. If you give at least 48 hours’ notice before the session, you can reschedule to another available date at no extra charge. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up, the payment is forfeited. Message us on WhatsApp to rearrange.
